Work Scope
  • Render basic nursing care such as, but not limited to first-aid treatment,
    wound dressing and others
  • Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs taking
    prior to actual consultation with the Retainer Physician
  • Provides support to the Retainer Physician during the conduct of Physical
    Examinations
  • Maintains and updates records of daily consultations and work
    clearances
  • Collects data and prepares reports on Account census and submits
    accordingly

Work Scope
  • Reviews and monitors member’s line-up at the Primary Care Clinics through the
    online queuing system; screens and assesses coverage of non-coverage of
    availing services done by the Customer Care Representative/Nurse.
  • Reviews and validates coverage for out-patient availments based on set
    approval limits and provides assistance to members especially to the VIPS.
  • Overrides LOAs beyond the set of approval limits of the CCR.
  • Prioritizes consultation of members with the Primary Care Physician and oversees
    queueing of patients at the electronic medical record systems.
  • Responds to inquiries, ensures accurate documentation accordingly as escalated
    by CCR/CCR Nurse.
  • Collates data, analyzes, prepares, and submits reports as required by Out-Patient Services Assistant Manager, Manager/Clinic Manager the census, handling time,
    and other reports that are deemed necessary.
  • Reviews, monitors and plans the schedule of the CCR and CCR Nurse.
  • Monitors and manages operating cost reduction via controls in use of supplies,
    facilities and utilities such as power, water, internet and phones at the Primary
    Care Clinic.

  • Directs and coordinates the activities of radiology and diagnostic imaging
    department in the medical facility: Reviews work schedules and assigns
    duties to rad tech and Ultrasound tech staff to maintain patient flow

    ultrasound and evaluates accuracy and quality of images, and provides

Work Scope

  • Skillful in the use of non-invasive procedures to examine heart valves, chambers and
    blood vessels to produce images known as echocardiograms
  • Prepares patients for echocardiography procedures, positions patients as appropriate for
    prescribed procedure, and assists patients at completion of procedure. Monitor the
    patient’s physical condition during the course of the procedure; report patient change
    of status or emergency situations to clinical staff, supervisor and/or cardiologist.
  • Recognize abnormal rhythms and immediately notify Physician or appropriate clinical
    staff. Maintain accurate patient documentation, including computerized
    documentation.

Work Scope

  • Produces ultrasonic recordings of internal organs, using ultrasound equipment, for use by
    physician in diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs: Selects equipment
    for use in ultrasound setup according to specifications of examination
  • Selects transducer and adjusts equipment controls according to organ to be examined,
    depth of field, and other specifications of test.
  • Keys test data and patient information into the computer of ultrasound equipment to
    maintain record of test results.
  • Moves transducer, by hand, over specified area of body and observes sound wave
    display screen to monitor quality of ultrasonic pattern produced
  • Starts equipment which produces images of internal organs and records diagnostic data
    on magnetic tape, computer disk, strip printout, or film.
  • Photographs images of organs shown on display module, or removes strip printout from
    equipment, to obtain permanent record of internal examination.
  • Discusses test results with an attending physician.
  • Encourages customer feedback and resolves availment complaints or concerns of
    members, otherwise elevates them to the PCC Supervisor
  • Handles queries from walk-in customers as well as phone-in inquiries
  • Assists radiologist or ob-sonologist in performing ultrasound procedures.
